Frequently asked questions
Online, on your own, in ten minutes: you choose the plan you will keep, create your account and register a SEPA Direct Debit mandate or a card. The whole suite opens straight away for a 7-day trial, without paying anything. On day 8, your plan starts and the subscription is paid in advance: the current month pro rata, then on the 1st of each month (or each year on the yearly plan). You change plan or cancel yourself from your account.
The whole suite (Create, Pilot, Grow and all options) is open for 7 days, without paying anything. Two days before the end, an e-mail reminds you of the date and amount of the first debit. You change plan or stop in one click before the end: nothing is charged. One trial per company; no company yet? Create can be taken without a SIREN number, in your own name.
Not on the monthly plan: you stop whenever you want, effective at the end of the month. The yearly plan commits you for twelve months, paid in advance for the price of ten.
By simple e-mail. On the monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; on the yearly plan, give at least one month’s notice before the renewal date.
No: 0% commission. Your customers’ payments go straight to your own Stripe account; only Stripe’s fees apply, invoiced by Stripe.
Prices are per venue, with a single account and a single login for all your venues. For a group, we draw up a quote.
It is hosted in France and remains yours. You can export it at any time (CSV, Excel) and up to thirty days after the end of the subscription; it is then deleted.
No: the standard set-up is included (configuration of your venue, integration into your website, remote onboarding). On-site training is quoted separately.

Yes for Build, Legal, Follow and Marketing: they serve every stage in the life of a venue and can be added to any module (Create, Pilot or Grow). Connect, Animate and Wispyn Assist need bookings and game stations: they are added to Pilot.
One project is included: a description, and as many candidate sites and business plans as you like, to compare several locations before choosing. To run several different projects in parallel, each extra project costs €59 excl. VAT per month. An archived project no longer counts.
Create for 6 months for €649 excl. VAT, paid once, with no renewal: the same monthly price as the yearly plan, without committing for a year. If you subscribe to Pilot within the following 12 months, €249 excl. VAT is deducted from your first Pilot invoice (once, non-refundable).
